CLUB POLICIES

PVC is a not for profit Club Volleyball team that calculates the player
cost on the fees associated with gym fees, uniforms, equipment costs,
registration and admin costs, plus any other team costs for the year.

We decide those costs by the players on the team evenly, therefore are
unable to refund a player without it costing the rest of the team that
amount.

Therefore we cannot refund unless one of the situations below applies:

Injury - if a player is injured and cannot return for the duration of the
season, we will do our best to fill that spot and offer that player a
refund. ​​

Cancellation - if the club has to cancel the program for some
unforeseen reason, we will pro-rate the costs remaining on the season
and issue refunds based on this.

We will assess the situation in this case and do our best.

Try-outs - All players that tryout for a club team must pay the required fee.

All try-out fees are non-refundable regardless if a players makes the team or not.
